Glennfrey Garces, 33, yielded 19 grams of white crystalline substance believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride or “shabu” to the team led by Senior Inspector Romeo Caacoy Jr., the town's deputy police chief.

The contraband has a Dangerous Drugs Board value of P224,000.

Caacoy said Garces is listed as sixth in the list of high value targets operating in Consolacion.
