The other departments with forthcoming team building schedules are: Birthing, City Health CDRRMO, PSAU, Legal, Cooperative, UPAO, MTEG and Multi-Sectoral.
The City Human Resources Management Office is the lead department in the matter of scheduling team building activities.
Its resource speakers include Civil Service officials and locals
Lai, Jepoy and Noel, depending on topics to be discussed.
Team building, as the name implies, is the motivating factor to
unite office members on common goals and promote closer and
pleasant interpersonal relationships. It promotes individual professional growth and personality development and aims to locate problems within the group and explore solutions to the different concerns, issues and problems.
The team building activities of the different departments of the city government of Mabalacat had various themes, each one reflective of the department's needs, objectives and visions.
