A class act in white

KATRINA Mora and EG Fregil have been exclusively dating for the last 11 years.

Kat finished with honors in Business at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia and afterwards worked in retail sales. Currently, she is busy in the networking sales industry.

EG is occupied with logistics, particularly in trucking.

When the engaged couple decided on the blessed day for their nuptials, artists and suppliers hired to execute the whole concept did so with an overflow of heart and soul being either family members or friends.

It is not every day that a bride gets to walk down the aisle wearing her Mom’s creation, but Kat did so and radiantly she did. Armed with an atelier called Kalye, Trude Lizares Mora created a gown fusing the old with new. European lace cut outs were hand sewed interspersing with indigenous organza, embroidered appliques on layers of tulle producing a splendid long flowing skirt topped by piña silk with an interplay again of appliqués and lace cutouts.

The gown epitomized the bride – a classic, classy western educated lady with a heart for her homeland and the people especially the underprivileged.

The ladies were requested to come in white while the gentlemen in black coat with white shirt. The scene was elegant and strains of opera music heard as the bride marched down the aisle and all throughout dinner.

Everything from food, flowers, landscape, and lighting blended into a graceful symphony and yet the magic did not dispel the fun that resounded the whole evening

Congratulations and best wishes, Kat and EG!
