The ‘Inspire to aspire’ movement

BE inspired and be an inspiration.

This is the present battle cry of Suntrust Properties Inc. (SPI): Inspire to aspire.

SPI launched early this year its “Inspire to aspire (#inSPIretoaSPIre)” campaign that seeks to drive all who are part of the company, from its ranking officials, employees, to its real estate agents or the Suntrustees, to be inspired and to move others to aspire.

SPI Deanna Jean A. Claveria, executive vice president and chief operating officer, said in an interview in a recently concluded 2017 annual awards and 2018 sales kick-off ceremony last March 6 at SMX Convention Center, Lanang, Davao City, that this campaign will not just help Suntrustees perform well in sales but in life in general.

She said the company wants to be an inspiration for its employees to aspire for more and in turn they will also become an inspiration for Filipinos who also wanted to reach their full potentials.

After its successful previous campaign dubbed as “Bentengkyu,” in which the company recognized the crucial contribution of people who helped them transform into a successful company, she said the new campaign highlights the journey of SPI which can be a source of inspiration to all.

“The company wants to inspire more people to aspire others. Our ultimate vision to be the yard stick in the affordable township development and to be the buyers’ first choice, consistent with our tag line: The happiest days of our lives begin here (Suntrust),” she added.

“How do we inspire them? Aside from the monetary benefits, it is more of inspiring them through our talks and deeds,” Claveria added.

Suntrust, a wise investment

An investor of One Lakeshore Drive—Suntrust Davao's project—, who wish for his identity’s non-disclosure, shared that investing with Suntrust is an wise decision.

“Investing in a township project is worth it. As an investor, I would prefer a place that would be accessible to almost everything I need, and that is what Megaworld’s project is offering,” the investor shared.

Another investor, an overseas Filipino worker (OFW), decided to buy a property in the township because of the developer’s trusted and outstanding record in property development.

“I am confident about this project because the developer is known to have developed a lot of real estate properties around the country,” she said.
