THE person behind Pinoy Ako Blog has asked the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) to disbar Lorenzo "Larry" Gadon for allegedly displaying gross ignorance of the law and grossly immoral conduct.

This is the fourth disbarment complaint filed against Gadon, the complainant behind the impeachment move against Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.

In the complaint, Jover Laurio said Gadon violated his oath of office and the Code of Professional Responsibility when he filed "baseless" criminal complaint against the Chief Justice, who was immune from suit, at the Department of Justice, "therefore displaying his gross ignorance of the law."

The lawyer also violated the said code when he gave complainant Laurio and other rallyists in Baguio City the dirty finger "without any provocation," therefore proving his grossly immoral conduct, said the complainant.

Pro-Sereno rallyists during the April 10 oral arguments in the quo warranto petition against the Chief Justice flocked to the Supreme Court Baguio to show their support.

There the crowd reportedly booed Gadon while he was holding a separate program near the Court, prompting the lawyer to say: 'Itong mga nagra-rally na ito, mga bobo at mga tanga ang mga ito eh, kasi very clear na ang violations ni Sereno, mali..."

(These rallyists are idiots because Sereno's violations are very clear.)

He told one rallyist, after he was cut off, "Ikaw bobo, p----- ina mo ka!" (You are an idiot, son of a b---h!)

Gadon earlier said he did not regret what he did and maintained that he was provoked.

"With these acts and omissions of respondent Lorenzo Gadon, indubitably, he should be disciplined and punished accordingly with the most severe penalty sanctioned by the rules- disbarment," the complaint read.

Millennial Philippines member Aunell Ross Angcos is also a complainant in the disbarment case. (SunStar Philippines)
