THE country’s “Queen of All Media”, Kris Aquino, finally starts shooting for her upcoming film “#ILoveYouHater” on April 25. Could this be the possible reason why she only wants good vibes this time?
For days now, the host-actress has been the talk of the town, especially in social media, for her recent Instagram (IG) posts. Among the most recent of which was her thoughts about the Kapamilya Network’s Sunday magazine show’s latest episode.
During the April 22 episode of “Rated K,” her ex-husband, James Yap, and his present family were featured in a segment that highlights children as a blessing to couples.
Following the said program, Kris posted this on her IG account, “I have really had ENOUGH. Simple lang- minsan lang akong pinakiusapan ng kapatid ko- never para sa sarili nya pero para sa kandidatong inendorso nya. Dahil mahal ko sya ginawa ko. Lahat ng batikos ng dahil sa pagtulong na yon tinaggap ko... Tatlong beses akong nagpunta sa Davao- sa kampanya nung 2010, kampanya 2013 para kay Sen Chiz & Sen Grace at nung nag Kris Tv.”
“Si PRRD lahat nung pagkakataon na nagkaharap kami, mabuti ang pinakita sa kin. Sampal sa mukha ko ang inilabas na feature ngayong gabi nung misis ni Mar Roxas. Yes pinepersonal ko dahil binuwis ko ang kinabukasan namin ng mga anak ko ng walang inasahang kapalit. At ang ganti sa kin at sa mga anak ko ngayon ay binida pa ang deadbeat na tatay,” she captioned an old snap showing her with President Rodrigo Duterte.
This post drew flak from netizens. However, this never stopped Kris from further commenting, emphasizing on her being a mother who just wants to protect her children.
After pouring her heart out about the issue (in several posts), she then posted another photo of her holding a bouquet of flowers.
“Hindi na po ako High Blood... thanks to #HB. #youhadmeatpeonies #lovelovelove.”
It seems that #HB could be one of the major reasons why she has decided to shoo the bad vibes away already. What do you think?
In the meantime, she announced to her 3.5 million IG followers that she will finally start filming for her new project with Star Cinema with young stars Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia.
“Tomorrow I start my transformation into Sasha Imperial for @starcinema’s #iloveyouhater w/ @juliabarretto & @garciajoshuae... i made this video to remind me that these 2 boys are my greatest achievements. Baka habang nag shu-shooting, makalimutan ko kung sino si Kris at sino si Sasha, marami kasi sila masyadong pagkakahawig... Si Sasha ay dating broadcast journalist na nag-umpisa ng kanyang digital company na naging media empire hanggang siya na ang pinaka-maimpluwensyang personality sa Pilipinas.”
According to her, the real-life sweethearts will fight to become her executive assistant in the movie, as she went on to narrate about the similarities of her experiences with her character in “#ILoveYouHater.”
“Maraming bubog ang buhay ni Sasha, maaga siyang nawalan ng ina, ang tatay niya ay may malubhang karamdaman, umuuwi sya sa isang mansyon pero kahit akala ng lahat napakasaya ng buhay nya, hindi sya buo dahil wala syang naging anak at hindi sya nagkaroon ng ‘closure’ sa dating asawa. Si Joko at si Zoey magiging malaking mga instrumento para buuin ang nabasag na puso ni Sasha. Si Joko at si Zoey habang naglalaban para makuha ang posisyon para maging ‘right hand’ ni Sasha ay ma-i-in love din sa isa’t isa ngunit silang 3, maraming KATOTOHANANG madidiskubre at kailangang matapang na harapin dahil pinagsama sila ng TADHANA.”
She further pointed out that for someone to give an “effective portrayal - you must surrender & embrace the character.”
“It will be a difficult couple of months because there are painful truths in Sasha’s life that run parallel to mine. That’s why i made this video- to remind me that ‘i would never trade the tears, the conversations no one hears, the learning how to walk before we run...’ i will just watch this & listen to @reallysharoncuneta’s version of ‘OF ALL THE THINGS’ & i’ll know that because of Josh & Bimb, i became KRIS.”
