TWO alleged illegal gambling operators were caught in Sitio Sto. Nino, Barangay Suba, Cebu City around 12:05 a.m. yesterday.
Chief Insp. Keith Andaya, the San Nicolas Police Station commander, identified the suspects as Donald Cabaron Demecillo, 31, and Julius Maitim Mejares, 40.
Two units of gambling machines were seized in the Oplan Pokemon, the Cebu City Police Office’s anti-criminality drive.
Andaya said they will determine the maker of the machines.
Suspects will be charged for violating Presidential Decree 1602 before the city prosecutor’s office. (KAL)
