LESS than a year after its launching, Amani Grand Citygate’s first two buildings are now sold out.
Grand Land, Inc. vice president Khristina Pestaño in an interview with SunStar Davao Wednesday, May 16, said the brisk sales reflect the three things: high interest of investors in Davao City, quality and uniqueness of the project, and the dynamism of the company’s sales force.
“We are very happy to acquire this number of sales amid stiff market competition, there are so many developments in Davao City, but I think they (investors) saw the opportunity and realize that it is good to invest now than later,” she said in press conference at Grand Regal Hotel.
She added that the current growth experienced by the city is a big contributing factor to the boom in the real-estate industry.
“The economic condition in the city, the dynamism, the new opportunities that Davao will be experiencing, these are some of the things that people are looking forward when investing in a city, they saw the growth in Davao and investors capitalized on that,” she said.
Beyond the city’s business climate, Pestaño said, the projects’ unique concept, grand amenities and affordability.
“We offer very good payment options and the units we are selling are spacious, bigger than the standard sizes of condominium units,” she added.
The P2.5-billion project, which broke ground last April 14, will rise in a 2.8-hectare area beside the soon-to-open Gaisano Grand Mall in Buhangin. The lifestyle-centric, London-inspired condominium will be comprised of four colorful mid-rise residential towers.
Amani Grand Citygate boasts its luxurious amenities like pools, gym, and jogging trails among others.
Almae Joy Villamor of Grand Land, Inc. – Davao Division said construction will start third quarter of this year.
At present, ground works including excavation and clearance are undergoing.
Meanwhile, Property Guru Philippines Property Awards 2018, presented by Kohler, recognized on May 11 the Cebu-based developer Grand Land, Inc.
The awards are Best Affordable Condo Development for the Amani Grand Resort Residences; Best High End Condo Development for Grand Residences Cebu; and Best Hotel Development for Dusit Princess at Grand Tower Cebu. The company was also highly commended as Boutique Developer by the award-giving body.
