LOCAL homegrown developer AppleOne Properties, whose premier development arm AppleOne Mactan, was recognized in the recently held Philippines Property Awards for its luxury project in Mactan, The Residences at Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort, taking home four awards.
AppleOne Mactan’s The Residences won Best Luxury Condo Development (Cebu) in the entire region, along with Best Interior Design for Luxury Condo Development (Philippines), and Highly Commended for Architectural Design for Luxury Condo Development.
It also won Best Condo Development (Philippines), surpassing all other developments in the country, making AppleOne the first non-Manila based real estate company to win in the category.
PropertyGuru hosted the Philippines Property Awards last May 11, its sixth in the country. Real estate developers from Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao all gathered that evening to celebrate and recognize extraordinary achievements in the real estate industry. (PR)
