P102K in 'shabu' seized in drug den

AN estimated total of P102,000 worth of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) was seized in a drug raid at Barangay Mambulac in Silay City, Negros Occidental Sunday, May 20.

Collared were Manuel Britanico Jr., 58, and his brother Jay-R Britanico, 29.

Also arrested were drug surrenderer Grace Beñieves, 35; Kimberly Hilado, 24; and Ralph Suspeñe, 20.

The suspect’s brother and the three other suspects were newly identified drug personalities.

Joint operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (Pdea) Negros Occidental and Silay City Police Station conducted the operation around 9:30 p.m.

Police recovered from them six sachets of shabu, the P500 marked money, and drug paraphernalia.
