FOUR Jasaan teams won their matches against the visiting teams in the 2018 Kuyamis sportsfest opening on Saturday, May 19, in Barangay Poblacion of Jasaan in Misamis Oriental.
In basketball, Jasaan cagers thrashed the Laguindingan dribblers, 100-75 in the LGU men’s division during the main event that evening.
Dylan Martinez scored 25 points as Jasaan led all the way against Laguindingan that got 18 markers from Richard Daroy.
Jasaan junior team, on the other hand, trounced Villanueva, 87-58 in the 18-under boys division.
Jasaan’s 14-under squad, however, got beaten by Villanueva, 68-65.
