A BENEFIT dinner party was hosted by Metro Society, Metro Style, Metro Channel and Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan: Summer Soul At Azure, a much-anticipated event which took place at the Azure Beach Club.
For a laid-back atmosphere by the beach, guests dressed in their best white attire and enjoyed sunset cocktails courtesy of The Botanist. Then followed an editorial photo shoot featuring the furniture designed by Kenneth Cobonpue, followed by the dinner feast hosted by Tim Yap and Joey Mead, to “Keep Clam and Save The Seas,” highlighting the resort’s “Adopt a Clam” campaign for the benefit of Crimson Resort and Spa’s Marine Reserve Project, home of the giant clams. Special awards as well were given throughout the evening!
Flying in specially for the occasion were Paolo Pineda (ABS-CBN’s head of the Lifestyle Group) as well as Metro Channel hosts namely Marc Nelson, Maggie Wilson-Consunji, Anton Barreto, Tricia Centenera and Metro Society editor-in-chief Raul Manzano.
