THE police have arrested two of the most wanted persons in law enforcement operations in the provinces of Zamboanga del Sur and Zamboanga del Norte, an official said.
Chief Inspector Helen Galvez, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula information officer, identified the arrested fugitives as Rogelio Albios and Reynaldo Sagario, 60.
Galvez said that Albios was arrested around 9 a.m. Thursday, May 4, in Lower Dimaya village, Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur.
Galvez said Albios is listed as the number one most wanted person in Dinas and has standing warrant of arrest for the crime of highway robbery issued by the court of San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur.
She said Sagario was arrested by way of service of warrant of arrest around 10 a.m. Friday in Central village, Dipolog City.
She said that Sagario has standing warrant of arrest for three counts rape with P200,000 recommended bail for each count issued by the court in Dipolog City.
She said the suspect is listed as the number four most wanted persons in Dapitan City. (SunStar Philippines)
