A TOMBSTONE maker was arrested by authorities inside the Carreta Cemetery, Tuesday evening, in Cebu City, for carrying worth P5.6 million of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu.
Joel Castro, 44, yielded 19 medium sized packs containing "shabu" weighing 475 grams with an estimated value of P5,605,000, during a drug bust conducted by the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO).
The operation, which was led by Superintendent Cristopher Navida of the CIB-CCPO and Senior Inspector Jonathan Taneo of the CDEU-CCPO, was a follow-up after they caught Catalino Oliveros Jr., in Barangay Basak San Nicolas, Tuesday afternoon.
