Pineda: Shamcey Supsup, Lloyd Lee expecting a baby boy

SHAMCEY Supsup and husband Lloyd Lee held a gender reveal party Thursday, June 14, at the anniversary party of their restaurant business, Pedro N' Coi.

The couple are expecting a baby boy. They made the announcement earlier Thursday during their gender reveal party at the Pedro N’ Col restaurant in Resorts World Manila, Pasay City.

The Miss Universe 2011 third runner-up announced last May 16 that she was pregnant with their second child. Her pregnancy announcement coincided with the beauty queen’s 32nd birthday and the opening of their 12th restaurant venture, a burger joint in Taguig City.

Today, Shamcey and Lloyd have a quadruple celebration. Along with their gender reveal party, the couple are also celebrating Lloyd’s 37th birthday and Pedro N’ Coi’s third anniversary.

The party is an advance Father’s Day celebration for Lloyd as well. The second-time parents have yet to decide on a name for their son. Shamcey and Lloyd have a daughter named Nyke, who was born on January 24, 2016.

Regine Velasquez on leaving her family for work

"For me, it's harder for me to travel because I have a son. I have to leave my husband. E, medyo clingy... yung husband ko, ha, hindi yung anak ko. So, sa akin, kapag may family na naiiwan, mahirap sa akin, e. E, June 17 ba yung Father's Day? Wala ako dito!”

June 14, Regine together with Julie Anne San Jose and Christian Bautista left for Dubai to hold a show at Dubai World Trade Center. The group cannot make it on Father's Day. So, Regine thought of giving something for her husband Ogie Alcasid.

“Bibilhan ko na lang siya ng gift, 90 percent off daw, e. Brief. Bibilhan ko siya ng brief, puwede na yun!”

Seriously, Regine had a hard feelings in leaving.

“It's never easy. It's just that when you love what you do, it doesn't feel that it's hard. But it's never easy,” sabi ng singer/actress/TV host. For me, it's harder for me to travel because I have a son. I have to leave my husband. E, medyo clingy... yung husband ko, ha, hindi yung anak ko. So, sa akin, kapag may family na naiiwan, mahirap sa akin, e. But like I said, since you enjoy naman what you do, you tend to forget that it's hard. But it's never easy naman talaga."
