POLICE Regional Office (PRO)-Central Visayas Director Debold Sinas formed a special investigation task group to solve the murder of Police Officer 2 Melchizedek Batomalaque.
The police official confirmed that the slain officer was in President Rodrigo Duterte's list of narco-cops.
"He was involved in some illegal activities," Sinas said on Wednesday, June 20.

He said they will check further the background and connections of Batomalaque, who was transferred to PRO-Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao in 2016.
