PhilCare milusad sa HeyPhil app.

MAPASIGARBUHONG gipahibalo sa PhilCare, usa ka health maintenance organization (HMO) sa nasod, ang paglunsad sa ilang labing unang mobile application nga gitawag og “HeyPhil” aron paghatag og kalidad nga serbisyo sa pag-atiman sa panglawas sa libuan ka mga Pilipino gamit ang teknolohiya.

Niiadtong Huwebes sa miaging semana, nipahigayon og press conference ang PhilCare sa Cebu City Sports Club kung diin ilang gibutyag nga aduna silay gihimo gamit ang teknolohiya ngn HeyPhil, mobile application nga auto-generate kini og mga Letter of Authorization (LOAs) alang sa madali ug sayon nga pag-avail sa medical care gamit ang teknolohiya nga nakabasi sa mga kustomer uban sa Digimed, kung diin nagtugot kini sa mga miyembro sa PhilCare sa pagtawag sa mga dkctor ug espesyalista gamit ang HeyPhil nga app ug sa libre nga pagkonsulta alang sa mga sintomas o lain-laing sakit nga ilang nasinati.

Matod sa PhilCare President ug Chief Executive Officer nga si Jaeger Tanco, ang paggamit sa teknolohiya sa industriya isip usa ka paagi alang sa mga HMOs sa pag-uswag sa ilang mga kaugaligon ug mamahimong mas adunay kalabutan ug mas dali nga pagserbisyo ngadto sa katilingban.

“HMOs need to utilize technology and translate it towards ease and convenience for their clients and make the experience worth every cent they pay,” dugang pa ni Tanco.

Gibutyag sab sa PhilCare’s Vice President for IT Group nga si James Indino nga nakita sa ilang kompanya nga mas daghan na gayud ug tiggamitan sa digital ug ang ilang gitrabaho karon mao ang paggamit sa teknolohiya aron mas mapaayo ug mas mapadali ang kasinatian sa ilang mga customer sa healthcare.
