KISSING is pressing lips towards another person’s lips, forehead or in whatever area of the body like hands, neck, etc. It is one way of sweet touching that connotes many beautiful things like a show of love, respect, apology, and warmth. And when one is kissed, a magical experience is felt.
But there are many types of kisses. Sometimes a person prefers to kiss on the cheeks or even on the hair. Whatever the type of kiss is, a kiss is most of the time an expression of the soul immediately done, without planning it.
So, what are the common types of kisses and what does it actually mean for lovers, in my opinion?
Forehead kiss. It connotes deep admiration and care towards the person kissed. It may be a sweet kiss for hidden feelings to a crush. It further means, I am willing to wait for you until the end of time.
Hand kiss. This is kissing the back of the palm. It is usually done by men to women. It mostly describes pure love that is willing to serve you for a lifetime. It presents a love that will not hurt you physically but will heal you when you are in pain.
Nose kiss. It is when two noses are rubbed against each other. It is like baby love, it portrays a relationship that is full of fun, child-like and free. It is like telling a person that he or she is your reason to breathe.
Cheek kiss. It is a kiss for busy people. The easiest way to say hello, good morning or good night. Sometimes this becomes the routine kiss, a kiss because you need to kiss.
Earlobe kiss. It is a sexy or teaser kiss that reflects an attitude of wanting more. A kiss with a special request and it is a form of tickling someone for a further caress. Sometimes, it is accompanied by giggling and embraces.
Lasting kiss. This is an unforgettable type of lips to lips kiss. It does not happen in seconds but lasts for minutes. It is with a strong passion, even forgetting that the world exists. It may be a goodbye kiss or a kiss to a newly found love. This is often accompanied with tears and tight embrace.
French kiss. A kiss mostly for younger lovers. A type of kiss that seeks to explore. It requires mastery since it is done with plenty of tongue demonstrations. The tongue speaks and the tongue listens and answers back.
Oh, while all these kisses are so amusing, please remember that kisses are very pleasant when we are kissed to where we most desire. And that the kiss without deception is the kiss closest thing to heaven....
