The magic of summer

AROUND the same time last year, my children and I rejoiced at the start of summer.

My kids’ school shifted to a new schedule and moved its opening to August. So, the transition period meant five whole months of unlimited break for them.

Just imagine their excitement as they joined fun summer activities, traveled to faraway places, slept to their hearts’ desire, indulged in movie marathons, and other adventures that any working adult could only wish to experience again.

What’s magical about summer is that you know it does not last forever so one must always make the most out of it. It is the best time to travel, chill and have that well-deserved respite but in case you want to learn a thing or two, here is my personal compilation of the Kiddie Summer Workshops of Davao (Year 11)!
