Jimenez: Short-changing in supermarkets and stores
THE lack of the small denominations of coins by Bangko Sentral is no excuse that supermarkets, department stores or even banks may stand on that reason that they have not enough loose change to close a deal with their customers. Funny when you hear a cashier of a supermarket asking you – Madame, I owe you twenty-five centavos, is it okay? Of course it is not okay.
