CLARK FREEPORT -- The Metro Clark ICT Council and the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) are preparing for the 2012 Clark ConEx International ICT Conference and Expo, a gathering of the country’s top leaders and major stakeholders in the Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry to be held here on October 10 to 11.
Spearheaded by the Metro Clark ICT Council, the 2012 ConEx aims to replicate last year’s feat that brought together close to 4,000 participants.

The police noticed the suspect identified as Joven Santiago Corpuz, 33, of Barangay Natividad in Guagua town, walking along a dark portion of the road with a big black traveling bag.
CAMP OLIVAS – A 35-year-old woman was arrested over the weekend during a drug-bust operation in Barangay Natividad, Guagua town, a police report said.
Police identified the alleged drug peddler as Almira Del Rosario David, married, of Purok 2, Natividad, Guagua.

THE Angeles City Government has forged a sister cityhood agreement with the Government of Seo-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, a district of South Korea.

PORAC, Pampanga -- A 16-year-old girl was stabbed to death by a still unidentified suspect in Barangay Poblacion here on Tuesday, reports said.
Police identified the victim as Keith Valerie Lansangan Punzalan, a resident of General Luna Street, Poblacion here.

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Four persons were killed while three others were seriously injured after their vehicle rammed into a guard railing of the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) at the vicinity of Barangay Babo Pangulo, Porac town on Tuesday.
The fatalities were identified as Dr. Richard Quilang (driver), 43; Mariel Frias Ocampo, 12; John Rod Ryan Martin, 14; and Criselda Rivero, all residents of Gagalangin, Tondo, Manila.
