HAVE you ever wondered why this column was called “My Dearest…”?
HERE’s a text forward I received months ago:
HAVE you ever been quoted?

My usual reply is, “Enough of what?” And the reluctant answer, said with a wide grin is, “Enough of money.”
DURING my elementary and high school days, “Holy Week” was a time when many visitors would be coming up to Baguio.
LAST March 24 was a hectic day for me.
IN THE past, someone who is old and forgetful, would often be described as “agkabkabaw” in Ilocano. Today, it has been given a scientific name, “Alzheimer”, or ALZ for short.
