City, Lopez family agree to let court decide

CITY Mayor Evelio Leonardia said on Monday that they met with the Lopez family and their lawyer Alex Abastillas last week and had an objective assessment of the situation regarding the Felisa property where the sanitary landfill was constructed.

Both parties agreed to go to court to deal with the matter legally.
