TWO wanted persons facing separate criminal charges were collared Tuesday by elements of the Murcia and the EB Magalona PNP, the police said Wednesday.
The suspects were identified as Teresita De Pedro, 52, of Barangay Amayco, Murcia, and Larry Espiñe, 32, of Hacienda Baga-as, Barangay Tabigue, EB Magalona.
Murcia PNP commander Norberto Barniso said that De Pedro was arrested Tuesday afternoon by a team of local policemen led by PO 3 Zulito Babe by virtue of a warrant of arrest for malicious mischief charges issued by Judge Orlando Aying.
The suspect is presently detained at the lock-up cell of the Murcia PNP.
On the other hand, Chief Inspector Samuel Mina, chief of the EB Magalona PNP, said that Espiñe was nabbed by virtue of warrant of arrest for homicide charges issued by Judge Felipe Banzon of RTC Branch 69 in Silay City who fixed the bail at P24,000 for the suspect's temporary liberty.
The suspect is presently detained at the lock-up cell of the EB Magalona PNP.
