Transcom Asia will begin with 800 personnel in September and will be hiring more until they come up with the required number of employees, Sobramaniam said.
Both Leonardia and Sayson were elated with the latest development in the BPO industry in the city, saying that it is an indication that call center companies are recognizing the capabilities of Bacoleños.
They also assured the country manager of the city government’s full support to Transcom Asia in terms of quality manpower and security.
