FIVE commissioned officers from the Negros Occidental Provincial Police Office (Noppo) attended the Integrated Transformation Program (ITP) Implementation Handholding Seminar-Workshop held at Camp Martin Delgado in Iloilo City, recently.
Police Chief Inspector Rico Santotome Jr, spokesman of Noppo, said that a total of 64 personnel of the Philippine National Police in the region participated in the said seminar-workshop conducted by the Police Regional Office-Program Management Office.

Aside from Santotome, other officers from Noppo who attended the one-day seminar-workshop were Police Superintendent Flomar Natuel, deputy provincial director for administration of the Noppo and Police Inspectors Mary Rose Salve Pico, Reina Protacio and Vanessa Gayle Dura.
The seminar-workshop was conducted by the PMO from Camp Crame led by Senior Superintendent Cesar Hawthorne Binag, chief of staff of the PNP-PMO.
Topics include Project Management and Resource Mobilization and Revenue Generation by Police Superintendent Angeles Genorga and ITP briefing and Course Integration by Binag.
Western Police director Isagani Cuevas led the awarding of certificates to the participants as well as in the turn-over of workshop outputs while Binag turned-over a laptop, printer and blue book to Police Regional Office-Western Visayas.(JOC)
