BACOLOD Tay Tung High School exacted revenge on Team B of St. John's Institute, 79-41 on Sunday in Passerelle action of the Milo BEST provincial elimination at West Negros University.
Center Gerard Dipol grabbed 10 rebounds, scored 8 points and blocked 2 shots to join Jaypee Frondoza and Speedy Malate, who combined for 30 points. in beating SJI.

The Blue Dragons jumpstarted with a 12-2 run in the first canto before settling for a 15-10 quarter lead. The Bobby Tee-coached squad outscored the Johnians 21-8 in the second quarter for a 36-18 windup in the first half.
Tay Tung continued to pound on the younger Falcons for a 54-26 lead at the end of the third. SJI-B, composed mostly of freshmen and sophomores, engaged the Blue Dragons in a shooting match in the last quarter and will miss the next round as it bowed to UNO-R on Saturday.
The Junior Rams will tangle with the Blue Dragons for its last match, the winner taking third spot. SJI-A and University of St. La Salle will dispute the top spot and the winner will most likely meet the winner of UNO-R-BTTHS in the cross over semifinal match.
