Broadcaster reveals 'sex scandal' evidence

BROADCASTER Franklin Villanueva revealed Sunday the copy of the DVD containing the testimony of the girl who was allegedly involve in a "sex scandal" with some Bacolod City officials.

Villanueva said he will use the DVD disk as evidence against five members of the Bacolod City Council, including Vice Mayor Jude Thaddeus Sayson, who earlier charged him with libel in connection to his expose on the alleged "live sex" scandal of the public office.

Sayson along with City Councilors Dindo Ramos, Greg Gasataya Homer Bais and Al Victor Espino have filed libel case against Villanueva for putting them in a "very humiliating, demeaning, ego-shattering, degrading and family-wrecking situation."

Villanueva said he expects the officials involved in the scandal to "deny, disown, or downgrade" the evidence he has got from a certain Kris Murakami, the girl who was also involve in the scandal. Murakami allegedly admitted having an affair with Ramos.

The alleged city officials, except for Paglumotan could not be reached for their comments as of posting Sunday.

Paglumotan said that the alleged revelation of the woman is a "classic ploy" of their political opponents.

"It’s desperate move, a cheap political black propaganda, and it’s reflective of their character," he said adding that it was a theatrical production of a baseless and hollow political gimmickry.

Paglumotan claimed that the alleged revelation of the woman is an attempt to divert the issue on the P50.5 million plunder case filed against mayoralty candidate and Bacolod Rep. Monico Puentevella.

Puentevella, he said, is plague with various issues including the controversies on fertilizer, computer, asphalt, and the DSSD scandal, which are still left unanswered by the lawmaker's camp.

Paglumotan said that they also have some revelations from the same woman against the Puentevella but “we kept these because we don’t want to resort to their dirty game.

"We will also let the public realize who is telling the truth and who are desperately making political drawings to deceive the public in order to evade from the real issue of public accountability and serious corruption,” he said.
