"These are the agents who really take the call because we are an inbound support call center", she said.
PanAsiatic Solutions will be located at East Block, Circumferential Road. Its three-storey building with a total area of 7,500 square meters is now under construction.
Hijara said, they hope to finish the ground floor on the first week of July and they will then start the operation and will initially hire 1,200 employees.
When the building is totally completed, that will be the time that they will fully hire the 3,500 employees.
PanAsiatic is already accepting applicants. Those who are qualified for the job must have at least two years college educations and can speak good English with computer background.
The company offers salaries at par with other call centers in the city, assured Hijara.
The call center that the company will be opening in the city is the first and their only call center in the Philippines.
PanAsiatic have sister companies in Latin and South America like Colombia and Guatemala.
PanAsiatic wants to be part when Bacolod City becomes an IT hub like Makati and Cebu.
"We see Bacolod as a growing city and we want to be part of this city when it shapes its Information Technology (IT) positioning," Hijara further said.
PanAsiatic Solutions will also hold a job fair soon.
