CLASS ’66 proved unstoppable to stay up front in the premiere Class A division, as Class ’85 did the same in bracket B of the Negros Occidental High School Inter-Class Alumni Bowling Tournament at the Super Lanes of the Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod City.
With four more playing dates remaining in the championship rounds, the Edgar Baldonado anchored Class ’66 is comfortably on top of the heap with a total score of 9,267 pinfalls after posting 1,523 pinfalls in the last outing.

Defending champion Class ’73 headed by Felipe Boy Romero continued to trail them with 9,071, while the Cesar Sumaylo led Class ’82 is third with 9,045.
Rounding out the Class A group are Class ‘7 with 8,844; Class ’89, 8,661; Class ’71, 8,505; Class ’67, 8,473; Class ‘54/56/59, 8,353; Class ’80, 8,216, and Class ’84, 8,036.
Class ’85 is still leading in bracket B with 8,616 followed by the Class ’67 Mavericks with 8,588.
Other scores: Class ’86, 8,563; Class ’70, 8,562; Class ’65, 8,355; Class ’58, 8,297; Class ’74, 8,243; Faculty, 8,128; Class ’90, 8,076; Class 2001, 8,058, and Class ’92, 7,120.
Rod Garcia of Class ’66 record in the men’s individual highest pinning is untouched at 95, while Class ’73 team captain Hernand Garciniego and Iran Pielago of Class ’85 kept their highest single and triple records with 154 and 377.
The women’s record holders are Ronella Cordero of Class ’89 who struck the highest pinning and single marks with 91 and 135, while Ann Dayot of Class ’82 is tops in triple with 344.
Class ’66 and Class ’89 still hold the team’s highest single and triple with 1,642 and 590 apiece.
In the Lacsonian Inter-Class Alumni 2010 Fellowship Bowling Tournament, the Rowena Montaño Juarez’ Class ’75 took the overall standing with 16,343 pinfalls, as Class ’84 of Cristy J and Herbert Pediongco’s Class ’73 followed them with 16,263 and 16,241 each.
Class ’71 has 16,050; Class ’77, 15,766; Class ’80, 15,477; Class ’76, 15,204; Class ’85, 15,153, and Class ’86, 14,761.
