Santotome, who heads the Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group, said those filed were for the Republic Act 9165 or Dangerous Drugs Act.

Apurado, Magallanes, Indino and Lazalita are now detained for the sale of illegal drugs, which is a non-bailable offense while arrest warrants are already out for the apprehension of Apinado and Geal, said Santotome.

Meanwhile, Quiatchon, along with 14 others including his wife, Barangay Zone 4 Kagawad Elpidia Quiatchon of Cadiz City, has already been charged for the sale and delivery of illegal drugs, and in maintaining of a drug den, dive or resort which are all non-bailable offenses of RA 9165, Santotome said.
