BACOLOD. The Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office headed by Senior Supt. Rodolfo Castil Jr. turns over 16 carbine rifles and nine M16 rifles to the Negros Occidental Provincial Mobile Force Company, in the presence of Pontevedra Mayor Jose Benito Alonso at its headquarters in Bacolod City Monday.
