Living in harmony with nature

AYALA Land Inc. (ALI) launched last Saturday the third phase of Verdana Homes Asyana which showcases the best of Asian living through contemporary Asian architecture and harmony with the natural environment.
Asyana is located south of the now iconic 215-hectare Ayala North Point estate in Talisay City, only a couple of minutes away from the center of Bacolod City.

“The first phase of Asyana was launched in 2009 and the lots are already all sold out. Only nine lots are left in Phase 2. That’s why we opened Phase 3,” said ALI Negros Branch Manager Therese Borromeo.
Borromeo was joined in Asyana Phase 3’s media launch at Business Inn by Vice-President for Visayas and Mindanao Francis Monero, Premiere head Gig Jugo and Senior Division Manager Mayi Platero.
“Ayala has always been positive in its outlook on the Bacolod and Negros market. This project is the realization and fruition of our confidence in the Negrenses as we develop a colorful and charming community the Ayala Land way,” said Jugo.
Jugo stressed that Ayala’s projects are not stand-alone subdivisions but fully-integrated communities, as exemplified by the Ayala North Point estate which contains five residential villages, namely Ayala North Point, Avida, Amaia, Plantazione Verdana Homes and Verdana Homes Asyana.
The estate also boasts of a PEZA-accredited 12-hectare techno hub for IT and BPO companies, a commercial center and retail strip landscaped parks, sports and recreational facilities and an educational institution.
Ayala is already in deep discussion with potential locators in its techno hub while Metro Gaisano has already signed a contract to occupy part of the commercial center, bared Borromeo.
After the media launch, we proceeded to the site of Ayala Phase 3. To see is to believe, as they say.
Asyana Phase 3 lives up to its hype of a secure and modern setting with its lush bamboo grooves, landscaped community parks inspired by Wind, Earth, Wood and Water, a meandering footwalk along Matab-ang River and an unobstructed view of the magnificent Negros mountains.
The Balinese-inspired clubhouse and social hall, shaded by bamboo grooves, is located right beside the Matab-ang River. You would think you are in a resort, as the amenities include a 25-meter, four lane adult pool and a kiddie pool to boot and a multi-purpose covered court with two badminton courts.
Asyana Phase 3 truly encourages vibrant living and an active, healthy lifestyle with the family in an environment close to nature.
Unfortunately, only 128 lots are available. Thus, keep your fingers busy and dial 7088900 to reserve your lot now. Otherwise, you might have to wait for the launching of Asyana Phase 4.
However, it might comfort you that, at the rate Phase 1 was sold out and Phases 2 and 3 are selling, you will not have long to wait.
