Aquino made a private visit Thursday afternoon at the wake of Senator Serge Osmeña’s mother, Lourdes de la Rama Osmeña, at the Redemptorist Church.
Aquino, who came with Transportation and Communications Secretary Mar Roxas and Energy Secretary Jose Almendras, stayed for about forty-five minutes to condole with the Osmeñas.
Marañon said the President also told him to visit him in Malacañang for his requests.
Marañon said the Fabrica bridge was already subjected to a bidding and the construction will soon start.
