Jetmatic pumps repaired, replaced-A A +A

AS PART of his Community Development Project, Councilor Caesar Distrito initiated the repair of the jetmatic pumps on some barangays of Bacolod City and provided new replacements for those with defective and dilapidated pumps.
Distrito visited Villa Esperanza in Barangay Tangub last November 5 and provided a replacement jetmatic pump for the benefit of the residents who consider the pump as their primary source of water, particularly for the fishermen.
On November 11, Distrito went to Purok Malipayon 1, Barangay Alijis and I Purok Akasya in Barangay Pahanocoy and turned over replacement jetmatic pumps and repair of the said sources of water.
“This project aims to provide accessible sources of water for the residents of the said barangays since most of the pumps that they are depending on were already old, rusty and dilapidated,” Distrito said.
“I visited these areas to repair and rehabilitate their water sources and provide them with the means that they will have enough water supply for their daily needs,” he added.
Distrito assured he will try his best to accommodate and visit other areas of the city with defective jetmatic pumps.
The project is a joint effort of Distrito and Councilor Em Legaspi Ang with the support and cooperation of Vice Mayor Jude Thaddeus Sayson
and Mayor Evelio Leonardia. (Carla N. Canet)
