Francisco said the suspects were arrested after they were caught in the act playing cara y cruz at Ramylu Drive, Purok Kasilingan, Barangay Tangub.
He said the suspects resisted their arrest but they were cornered by operatives of Station 8.
Upon their apprehension, police recovered from their possession nine sticks of suspected marijuana cigarettes, P110.00 bet money and P3.00 as cue money, he added.
The suspects are presently detained at the lock up cell of Station 8.
On the other hand, Desmon Logronio, 30, of Barangay Poblacion, Escalante City, Negros Occidental reported to Station 2 that at about 1:30 p.m., he discovered that his motorcycle parked in the parking lot in Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital was already missing.
Logronio reported that he only visited his friend at the CLMMRH. When he was about to check his motorcycle with plate number 1343FK at the parking lot of the said hospital, to his dismay, he discovered that it was no longer there. He believed that it was stolen.
