Wanted Australian nabbed

AN AUSTRALIAN national with pending warrant of arrest was nabbed by operatives of Station 4 at Villa Angela Subdivision, Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City Saturday evening.
The suspect was identified as Brian Christopher Fraser, 55, of Villa Angela Subdivision, Barangay Villamonte, who was arrested around 6 p.m.

Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) Operation Branch records showed Fraser was arrested by virtue of arrest warrant for violation of Section 5 of Republic Act 9262 or An Act Defining Violence against Women and their Children issued by Judge Anita Chua, of Regional Trial Court - Branch 51, Bacolod City with P120,000 bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The suspect is presently detained at the lock up cell of Station 4 for failure to post his bail.
