Court dismisses murder raps vs moneychanger

JUDGE Anita Chua, presiding judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 5, dismissed the murder case against a moneychanger accused as the mastermind for the death of a woman six years ago.
Helen Aguadilla of H.A. Money Changer was charged for murder after one of the four suspects pointed her as the mastermind for the death of Irene dela Pena last March 22, 2006.

The arrest warrant was issued against Aguadilla who stayed at the hospital because of health reasons until the Court of Appeals granted her petition to bail.
Aguadilla’s counsel, Lawyer William Mirano, said the dismissal of the case against the respondent could no longer be appealed because murder is a criminal case.
Aguadilla is so thankful to the Lord and to her lawyer for the dismissal of the case.
"On the first place, I was the victim of such circumstances. It's like a bad dream which I never thought would happened to me", Aguadilla said, emphasizing her innocence.
Meanwhile, the court will continue to hear the murder cases against other suspects Janse Amisola, Monro Nelden Pitong who admitted to have stabbed dela Pena.
Mark Enriquez who pointed Aguadilla as the mastermind is still at large.
