Negros First Cyber Park gets space reservations

NEGROS Occidental Governor Alfredo Maranon Jr. confirmed that several investors have already set reservations for spaces at the Negros First Cyber Park at the Paglaum Sports Complex.
He said the construction of the Cyber Park is now ongoing.
The P450-million Cyber Park will have commercial centers at the ground floor, call center at the second floor and dormitory at the third floor for Bacolod students who come from outside the city.
The Provincial Government decided to construct the building and lease the spaces to private businesses after an earlier study revealed that Capitol can generate more income in terms of rentals rather than in having the property leased to private investors who will build the building. (TE)
