A SUSPECTED drug pusher evaded arrest when operatives of City Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Group (CAIDSOTG) were about to arrest her at Purok Sigay, Barangay 2, Bacolod City on Wednesday.
CAIDSOTG head Police Superintendent Santiago Rapiz identified the suspect as Marialy Moncal, 38, of Purok Sigay, Barangay 2.
Rapiz said the suspect escaped at the back of her house after she handed to police poseur buyer one small elongated plastic sachet containing suspected shabu in exchange of P200 in marked money.
Two small plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, P6,210 cash proceeds, some drug paraphernalia and P200 marked money were recovered from Moncal’s residence during the drug-bust.
Rapiz said the suspect is also in the drug watch list of BCPO, citing that last April, the suspect also managed to escape during a buy-bust operation.
He disclosed that they will file violation of Sections 5, 11 and 12 of Republic Act 9165 against the suspect. (MAP)
