Jewel Pimentel reunited with sons

JEWEL Mae Lobaton-Pimentel disclosed that she has been reunited with her two sons Aquilino Martin Pimentel VI and Aquilino Justo Pimentel VII.
Through an amicable settlement with her estranged husband Senator Koko Pimentel, her two sons are back with her.
"Thank you Bacolod for your love and prayers. It was through an amicable settlement. I don't want to go to court for it. It was best for both of us and the children to settle it out of court. Koko is doing his part as a father of our two boys," she said.
She said that she makes sure also that their kids will recognize and love Koko as their father.
The elder is studying in Ateneo and the younger child will be enrolled in school by next week. They live in Manila. The couple decided that the kids will be with their mother on weekdays and with their father during weekends.
The Pimentel couple separated ways last year after a 12-year marriage.
Jewel remained silent about the separation until her husband made a public statement about the separation, saying that they both tried to save the relationship but failed.
Jewel said that she has to concentrate more in raising well her two boys and learn how to move on with life and is currently studying the Masters in Entrepreneurship.
She thought before that her marriage with Senator Koko was happy ending.
Their annulment is being processed and her lawyers are ready for it, she said.
