Riding-in-tandem suspects kill man-A A +A

A MAN was killed after he was stabbed by two unidentified suspects riding in tandem on a motorcycle at B. S. Aquino Drive, Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City, Saturday morning.
Station 4 case investigator Police Officer 3 Raymond Bandojo identified the victim as Christopher Nacionales, 33, of Barangay Villamonte.
Bandojo said Nacionales sustained a stab wound in the front portion of his body. The incident happened around 3:30 a.m.
Investigation showed that while the victim was standing along B. S. Aquino Drive, Barangay Villamonte, he encountered an argument with a group of persons in the area.
After a few minutes, two unidentified persons onboard a motorcycle arrived and stabbed him for unknown reason, Bandojo said.
The said group and the two suspects immediately fled after the incident.
Nacionales was rushed to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital but he was declared dead on arrival by his attending physician.
Bandojo said they are still conducting further investigation to identify the suspects and to determine the motive in the killing of the victim. (MAP)
