Sun.Star Readers’ Choice Awardee bared

THE Sun.Star Readers’ Choice in the Little Miss MassKara is 5-year-old Katherine June Torres McOmish, from Brgy.Ma-ilum, Ma-ao, Bago City besting 11 other candidates in this category.
The canvassing of votes was done on Friday, October 12, 2012 at the Sun.Star Bacolod Office. The official result was tabulated and certified by BDO Alba Romeo & Co, CPAs.
Sun.Star General Manager Ms. Aileen Parcon said that McOmish garnered 63% or 4, 298 votes of the total coupons from the three designated drop boxes counted by Sun.Star Bacolod's canvassing committee in the presence of BDO Alba Romeo's representative, Ms. Jay-Ann Ditchella.
Ms. Parcon and Mary Grace Buot, Sun.Star Account Executive turned over the P3,000 cash, bouquet and sash, teddy bear, and plaque to Ms. McOmish during the Little Miss Masskara Coronation Night last October 13, 2012 at the SM Events Center.
The parents of Ms. McOmish was grateful for the support shown by the readers and extended their gratitude to Sun.Star Bacolod and its valued readers for giving her such a prestigious award. (Aileen Parcon)
