Notorious theft suspect faces raps

THEFT charges are now being readied to be filed before the City Prosecutors Office against the notorious theft suspect who was arrested Sunday afternoon at Barangay 20, Bacolod City.
Station 4 commander Danilo Francisco Monday said they are now preparing charges to be filed against Efren Castillo alias Tomsoy, 52, of Barangay 6, Bacolod, who was arrested after he was caught stealing the cellular phone of Jeraldine Terado, 19, of Barangay Felisa, Bacolod City Sunday at 12:20 p.m.
Police recovered from him the victim’s cellular phone during his arrest.
He said the suspect was involved in snatching and robbery incidents in the different areas of Bacolod. (Merlinda A. Pedrosa)
