BACOLOD City Councilor Em Ang has requested the City Engineer's Office through Mayor Evelio Leonardia to repair the damaged road along 15th Street from Corner of Lacson Street.
She said the road along 15th Street from the corner of Lacson Street needs repair and improvements, and is impassable for light vehicles especially during rainy days because of large potholes.
More than 300 nursing graduates, who are taking review classes, pass through 15th Street on a daily basis and have to bear with the bad roads and deep pot holes during rainy days.
The other business establishments in the area and their clients pass through the bad roads causing inconvenience and safety hazards.
She said there is a need to repair the road in order to benefit the citizenry and promote the welfare of the community. (Carla N. Canet)
