VM Sayson: Julius mocks polls

VICE Mayor Jude Thaddeus Sayson said that his relative Bacolod mayoralty candidate Julius Sayson is just making a mockery of the May 2013 elections with his reported retraction of his previous withdrawal of candidacy.
He said that the Commission on Election (Comelec) has already concluded to purge Julius Sayson's name from the official list of candidate because that is what Julius wanted, as stated in his affidavit of withdrawal.
However, recent developments again pushed Julius to retract from his previous action withdrawing his candidacy and having himself considered out of the race.
With Julius Sayson's reported retraction, he again showed his real self that he is indeed a nuisance candidate, Jude said.
"I believe that the Comelec's decision is final. If the Comelec will allow him again, that will create confusion not only in Bacolod but in the country," Jude said.
The vice mayor said he will make sure that Julius will not be included in the official list of candidates for mayor in the city.
In the official website of Comelec, eight Saysons were included in the list of candidates, but the name of Julius is no longer in the list.
The name of Jude Thaddeus Sayson appeared in the list, along with the seven Saysons who run for different positions in several areas in the country.
