THREE police non-commissioned officers of the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) are now under investigation for simple neglect of duty.
BCPO officer-in-charge Senior Superintendent Edgardo Ordaniel said Friday that he received a report from the Investigation Branch that the three BCPO personnel, whose names are being withheld, are now facing the complaints after they were found not performing well in their duties, such as being always late in reporting to their office and sleeping while on duty.
He said the investigation report will be submitted to the Police Regional Office in Western Visayas for possible sanctions on the said policemen.
If the cops will be found guilty of said complaints, they might be suspended, as what happened to PO2 Wilson Go who failed to attend his court hearings, added Ordaniel.
The BCPO chief said this incident should serve as an example to other policemen.
