THREE station commanders of the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) were issued a warning by acting city police director, Senior Superintendent Edgardo Ordaniel, for non-compliance of his previous directive on the “all-out war” against illegal activities in the city.
Ordaniel sent Wednesday a memorandum letter to Senior Inspector Jovil Sedel, commander of Police Station 2; Chief Inspector Placido Gentoleo, commander of Police Station 6; and Senior Inspector Ruel Culanag, commander of Police Station 10.
Ordaniel said the three station commanders were directed to submit their respective explanations within 24 hours.
The city director earlier declared an all-out war Monday against illegal activities in Bacolod City as directed by Mayor Monico Puentevella.
Ordaniel said the three station commanders failed to submit their accomplishment reports to the BCPO Operations Branch.
“I expect that after I issued an order, all the station commanders already have accomplishment reports in their areas of jurisdiction,” he added.
Ordaniel said that the three station commanders still failed to submit their accomplishment reports even after it was monitored that there are continuous operations against illegal gambling in their respective areas. (MAP)
