The evaluation of the specifications of the machines offered by Gendiesel and Dynamic Builders will be conducted by a technical working group led by the Provincial Engineer's Office.

The lowest responsive bid will be determined and the winner will be announced within seven days, Pines said.

The appraised contract budget of the project is P87 million – P78 million for the four generator sets, and P9 million for the synchronizing panels.

Gendiesel submitted a total bid of P79,850,888, including P71,050,888 for the generator sets and P8,800,000 for two units of synchronizing panels.
