The arraignment was held last May 6 and that the suspects through their lawyers asked for postponement.
A subpoena was issued to the suspects to appear during the hearing on May 20.
Alpas arrived in the place on March 20 from Hinobaan, Negros Occidental. She was set to go back to London but was advised by her Filipino employer to get some documents in Laguna that she will be bring in London.
Her burned body was discovered by the Laguna police inside the compound of the suspects and the police believed that it was Alpas body.
Valdez, the brother of her female employer, fetched her at the airport and brought her in Laguna.
The female employer is reportedly jealous of Alpas for the alleged special treatment given by her husband to the victim.
